Last summer my family and I visited Cappadocia. We stayed in a cave hotel for four nights. It was very comfortable and unusual. On the first morning, we got up early and watched hundreds of hot air balloons in the sky. Then we visited the Göreme Open Air Museum and saw old churches carved into the rocks. The local food was delicious, especially the pottery kebab. The only problem was the weather; it was extremely hot in the afternoons. I would definitely go there again.
